Our natural cider has been produced in La Morena using traditional methods for over a century. The entire process is carried out with utmost care and devotion, from picking the apples, to their crushing and pressing, fermentation, racking and bottling.

Nowadays, we select and crush the apples in presses to obtain must, or sweet cider, which is then moved on to a controlled fermentation process in chestnut, fibre and stainless steel barrels.

The cider has an excellent quality that remains flexible the entire year and adapts well to the most demanding palates.
